Texting At The Table
A few years ago, texting turned out to be one of the many dating don'ts that torpedoed one of my Date Labs. Apparently, texting at the table has only gotten worse, with people thumbing not their noses, but their cell phones at their host, spouse and mom. Well, the grand Pooh-Bah of etiquette, Cindy Post, weighed in:

"If you are in a situation where your attention should be focused on others, you should not be texting."
